This is a new recipe I came up with and I really enjoy it. I’m hoping this recipe will get a lot of attention and maybe find a new home here. It’s easy to make and a great way to use up leftovers.
In this recipe, I use the same mix of seasonings that I use in the kitchen for a roasted chicken or salmon. But instead of a whole chicken or salmon, I cook it in a little pot with a little bit of butter and a little bit of salt, and cover it with a bit of olive oil. This recipe requires a little bit of a prep, but it is incredibly delicious and easy to make.

It really should be a smoker. If you want really deep flavor, then put the meat on a rack in the smoker, and smoke it for about 4 days.
Not a smoker, but I would use a smoker rather than a pan roast so the meat doesn’t stick to the pan. You can leave the rack out, but you cannot use it to make gravy, or add herbs, or use it as a roasting pan. The only thing it can be used for is cooking.

Ok, so you’ve got a really long list of things you just can’t do in a pan. You can’t add stuff to it, you can’t cut it, you can’t stir it, you can’t move it, and you can’t cook it. You can, however, use a really long piece of meat as a roasting pan.
